Condolence: Stan was the oldest of us 6 children; I was the baby. How you see him in the picture is exactly how he was. He was happy, laughing, joking all the time. Any time we got together as a family or a group, he was the life of the party. He adopted a lot of Daddy's practices and responsibilities as Daddy got older and after his death. He took up running the fireworks shows, insisting on lots of food to graze on, giving orders about what program to put on the TV, and being silly with the kids. He loved his grandkids and his nieces and nephews; just like Daddy did. Nothing was too much to ask and nothing was too little to get from those kiddos. He took the home place after Daddy died and Mom moved building a reputable hay and horse business. He will be remembered and missed.

Condolence: My condolences to the Haynes families. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of dear Stanley. Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss include Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up". And the Bible also says "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will forever reside upon it". Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection. This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering. I hope that these scriptures will be of some comfort to you. Please visit jw.org
