Athens –Memorial services for Regina Cartwright, 63, of Palestine, Texas are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS in Forney, Texas.

Mrs. Cartwright passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in Athens, Texas.

Regina Joan Jennings Cartwright was born April 27, 1952 in Rifle, Colorado the daughter of Eugene Jennings and Nellie Mae Gray Jennings. She enjoyed animals, especially her dogs. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who spent her life taking care of her family. She will be missed by all she touched.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.

She is survived by her husband William “Tom” Cartwright of Forney; two daughters, Deborah Rainey and husband Eddie of Atlanta, Sharry Conklin and husband Ricky of Palestine; three sons, Jimmy Windsor and wife Christine of Coos Bay, Oregon, Chris Cartwright of Harrison, Arkansas, Doug Cartwright of Wichita Falls, Texas; brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Jennings, fourteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Hannigan Smith Funeral Home of Athens.
