Obituary for Shannon Miller (Flanagan)
Memorial services for Shannon Miller, 52, of Larue, Texas are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 4, 2015 at the Sand Springs Baptist Church in Athens.
Ms. Miller passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in Larue, Texas.
Shannon Flanagan Miller was born March 13, 1963 in Texas City, Texas the daughter of William R. Flanagan and Arlene Gideon Plott. She was a member of Sand Springs Baptist Church and enjoyed working as the Childcare Coordinator. She spent much of her time traveling, but her true joy was her family and her Church. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother who will be missed by all she touched.
She was preceded in death by her son Joshua Chance Miller.
She is survived by her loving children, Justin Miller of Frankston, April Myers and husband Zacharia of Dalzell, South Carolina; her parents, Arlene Plott of Brownsboro, William R. Flanagan of High Point, North Carolina; sisters, Wendy Weston and husband Jerry of Ketchikan, Alaska, Dana Gardner and husband Todd of High Point, North Carolina; two grandchildren, Tirzah and Taliah Myers; special niece and nephews, Brandon Miller, Becca Miller, Colton Miller and numerous other nieces and nephews.
