Graveside Service for Johnny Neil Pyeatt, 41, of Montalba will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Oaklawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hannigan Smith Funeral Home of Athens.

Johnny passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016.

Johnny Neil Pyeatt was born January 29, 1975 in Grand Prairie, TX son of Johnny Earvin Spoonemore and Susan M. Scheppler Pyeatt. He married Rhonda Lynn Hawkins on November 4, 1995 in Montalba. Otherwise known as Krylon, he was an avid outdoorsman who loved working in the yard, landscaping, hunting, and especially spending time with his family. Johnny was a loving husband, father, brother, son, and friend to many who will be greatly missed by all he knew and loved.

He was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandfather Earl Spoonemore and maternal grandparents Paul and Louise Scheppler.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Rhonda Pyeatt of Montalba, mother Sue Pyeatt of Montalba, son Ty Pyeatt of Montalba, sister Lisa Lambright and husband Bradley of Carroll Springs, grandmother Nina Spoonemore of N. Richland Hills, niece Paige Manis and husband Cody of Carroll Springs, nephew Clint Crecelius of Malakoff, and great niece and nephew Tarynn and Hayznn Manis of Carroll Springs.

Serving as Pallbearers; Robert Hardell, Ricky Royle, Chad Spivey, Lee Blakeney, Troy Scheppler, Kenny Scheppler

Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., Friday, March 4, 2016 at Hannigan Smith Funeral Home.
